Long-axis mud pump troubleshooting

Symptoms Causes Remedy Long-axis mud pump does not work 1. Feeder has an open circuit.
2, the voltage is too low.
3. There is no axial clearance between the two coupling halves and they are stuck.
4, the impeller was stuck by debris.

6. The nut is broken and the key is damaged to make the impeller slip.
7. Coupling flat key is damaged. 1. Check the fuses and wiring and replace them.
2. Increase the voltage or increase the equal voltage before use.
3. Adjust the axial clearance between the two coupling halves to 0.5 mm.
4 , exclude debris.
5. Reassemble and separate the impeller and volute.
