Under the premise of ensuring the same flow rate setting temperature, the thermal efficiency of traditional electric heaters is increased by 20%~25%, the heat loss is reduced by 35%, and the safety factor of anti-dry burning is increased by 30%. It is predicted that it can sell 39,000 kW (2,340 units) per year. The accumulated energy loss for heavy oil transportation and heating will save about 9 million yuan, save shipbuilding costs by 27.85 million yuan, and reduce maintenance costs by 2.34 million yuan. Solved the problem of heating oil (especially heavy oil) in ocean transportation and pipeline transportation.

The GYF/30-380-20 marine explosion-proof energy-saving electric heater prototype developed by the company has been inspected by relevant state agencies and meets the requirements of GB3836.1~3~2000 (electrical equipment for explosive gas environment) and obtained a number of patents. Has passed the EU CE certification, France BV certification, the United States ABS certification.

In view of the quality advantage of this product, it has been selected by Dalian Shipyard and become an accessory product developed by the aircraft carrier.
