Water glass + pyrogallic acid + ferrous sulfate is a good combination of fluorite-barite ore separation, and their synergistic effect can effectively inhibit barite without inhibiting fluorite. The results show that it can be used to separate fluorite-barite ore to obtain good sorting index: the selected grade of CaF 2 in the four selected concentrates is over 97%, and the recovery rate of rough-selected concentrates (open circuit) is above 82%. .

A fluorite ore contains 65.87% CaF 2 and 11.12% CaO, and the content of calcite and dolomite is 18.09%. Using oleic acid as a collector and flotation with a general inhibitor, a qualified concentrate cannot be obtained. A good effect is obtained by using acidified water glass + Y additive + A additive, that is, M-Y-A mixed inhibitor (M in the mixed inhibitor represents acidified water glass, and Y and A are additives). When the ratio of M:Y:A is 0.5:0.3:0.05, the test effect is the best, and a fluorite concentrate containing CaF 2 >98%, calcite <1.0%, and CaF 2 recovery rate of 84.5% to 85.7% can be obtained.
