Basic requirements for the selection of mining development plans and their influencing factors

In the mine design, the important content of the overall design of the mine development plan is selected, including determining the type, location and number of the main roadway and auxiliary roadway. This chapter provides a brief description of the options and steps for selecting mineral deposits, basic requirements and factors that should be considered, and the application of expert systems.

First, choose the basic requirements of the development plan

Mineral deposit development is a major problem in mining. It often determines the overall picture of the entire mining enterprise construction, and is closely related to a series of problems such as the general layout of the mine, upgrading transportation, ventilation, and drainage. Once the mine development plan has been selected and constructed, it is difficult to change. To this end, the choice of mineral deposit development program meets the following basic requirements:

(1) Ensure work safety, create good ground and underground labor and sanitation conditions, and have good functions of lifting, transportation, ventilation, drainage, etc.:

(2) It is technically reliable and has sufficient production capacity to ensure the balanced production of mining enterprises;

(3) The minimum amount of infrastructure construction, minimizing capital construction investment and production and operation expenses;

(4) Ensure that the production is put into operation within the specified time, and a new level can be prepared in time during the production;

(5) Do not leave and keep less security pillars to reduce ore losses;

(6) The general layout of the ground closely related to the development plan should not occupy or occupy less farmland.

Second, factors affecting the choice of mining development plan

(1) Topographic and geological conditions, ore body occurrence conditions, such as the thickness of the ore body, declination, strike length and burial depth;

(2) Geological structural damage, such as faults, rupture zones, etc.;

(3) physical and mechanical properties of ore and surrounding rock, such as robustness and stability;

(4) Hydrogeological conditions of the mining area, such as surface water (rivers, lakes, etc.), distribution of groundwater and caves;

(5) Surface topographic conditions, such as ground transportation conditions, ground industrial site layout, ground rock mass collapse and movement range, external traffic conditions, farmland distribution, etc.;

(6) ore industrial reserves, ore industrial value, mineral exploration level and prospective reserves;

(7) The mining method selected;

(8) Water and electricity supply conditions;

(9) The existing state of the existing roadway engineering;

(10) Locations where the selection and tailings ponds may be constructed.

Industrial gate valves are wildly used in all type of industrial pipelines, such as power stataion, petrochemical, natual gas,water treatment ect. Pressure Seal Gate Valve, Bolt Bonnet Gate Valve, High Pressure Gate Valve and Api 602 Gate Valve with ASME & DIN & EN & GOST standard are commonly used by customer. Industrial Gate Valve we provided can cover size from 1/2 inch to 40 inch(DN15-DN1000) matching pressure from class 150 to class 3650(PN10-PN70 0) which are suitable for operating in the working media temperature from -196℃ to 693℃, as well as material in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and duplex steel in casting material or forging material.
