A Rock drilling equipment Rock drilling equipment mainly refers to rock drills and road drilling rigs.
( 1 ) Rock drills and drilling rigs. Rock drills are generally classified according to their power, support and propulsion mode, weight, frequency, and work and gas distribution mechanism. Drilling rigs are generally classified by power, walking mode, driving mechanism of the traveling mechanism and body structure.
( 2 ) Chiseling combined units. In order to further improve the mechanization level of excavation, a multi-purpose machine is used to reduce or eliminate the exchange time of the chiseling and loading equipment on the working surface. 3 ) The rock drilling unit with the rock-piercing arm is used in conjunction with the loader. The rock drilling unit is sent to the working surface along the suspended track and mounted on the loader for rock drilling. After the rock drilling is completed, the rock drilling unit is removed from the loader and the working surface is still pushed along the suspended track.

C Measures to improve rock drilling efficiency ( 1 ) Adopt high efficiency rock drill. When using a drilling rig, a medium, high frequency, and external rotary rock drill should be provided.
( 2 ) Realize multi-machine simultaneous operation. When using the drilling rig, configure more than 2 rock drills; when using pneumatic leg rock drilling, be sure to take multiple machines at the same time, generally 1~1.5m2 Â It is advisable to arrange a rock drill. The number of simultaneous drilling machines and the depth of the hole in the case of several medium tunneling speeds in domestic mine roadway excavation .
( 3 ) Ensure the supply of compressed air, and the working face pressure is not less than 0.55~0.6MPa .
(4 ) Reasonably select the diameter, number and depth of the blasthole.
( 5 ) Cultivate a skilled rock drilling technical team.
