The working process of the air conditioning system is as shown. The low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant HCF134a gas from the evaporator 1 enters the compressor through the low-pressure hose 2 and the low-pressure valve 9. The compressor absorbs and compresses the gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure refrigerant gas. The High Pressure valve exits the high pressure pipe 4 and enters the condenser 5, and the heat is discharged to the outside of the vehicle, and is cooled to a high temperature, high pressure liquid R134a, flowing from the bottom of the condenser to the liquid storage dryer 6, filtered and dehydrated by the high pressure pipe 4 It is sent to the expansion valve 8. After the high-pressure liquid refrigerant through the expansion valve is depressurized, it becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure mist into the evaporator, and absorbs the heat in the surrounding air through the evaporator core tube to become a gas, and the cooled air It is cold air, and is forced to be returned to the car through the fan to complete the purpose of cooling. The low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant returns to the compressor via a low-pressure hose and begins a new working cycle.

1.1 Compressor Since the refrigerant of the Santana 2000 series car air conditioning system is changed from R12 to R134a, this refrigerant has high permeability, so the SD-508 compressor used in the ordinary Santana car air conditioning system is not applicable, and it is changed to SE- 5H14 compressor. The SE5H14 compressor belongs to a swash plate type compressor. The compressor adopts an electromagnetic clutch type. When the power is turned on, the current in the electromagnetic clutch coil generates a magnetic field between the clutch plate and the fixed frame, the magnet of the clutch is attracted to the rotor, and the power obtained by the electromagnetic clutch pulley from the engine is transmitted to the compressor. The compressor shaft drives the compressor to work. When the power is turned off, the magnetic field disappears, the clutch is disengaged, and the pulley is idling.

The compressor has small fluctuations in suction and exhaust pressure and working torque, low average power consumption, stable work change, and no frosting.

1.2 The function of the condenser condenser is to condense the high-temperature refrigerant gas from the compressor into a high-pressure liquid, and put the absorbed heat into the outside environment. Since the system pressure is increased after the use of HFC134a refrigerant, in order to improve the condensation effect, the tube-type condenser used in the Santana LX type has been changed to an all-aluminum tube-type flat-flow condenser with better heat transfer effect.

1.3 Evaporator evaporator is installed under the glove box on the side of the passenger. It adopts air-cooled all-aluminum strip belt structure. Its function is: the refrigerant liquid flowing in through the throttle valve evaporates into gas, absorbing the heat of the hot air inside the car. In order to achieve the purpose of cooling.

Due to the use of HFC134a refrigerant, the condensing pressure and temperature rise, and the cooling efficiency decreases.

1.4 Liquid Storage Dryer The liquid storage dryer is installed on the left front longitudinal beam of the engine. It consists of a filter, a desiccant, a peep glass hole, a combination switch and a lead-out tube. Its main functions are storage of refrigerant, absorption of moisture in the refrigerant and filtration of foreign matter, high and low pressure protection.

Due to the strong affinity of HFC134a and water, it is difficult to dehydrate. Therefore, the desiccant is changed from XH-4A-5 to XH-7, and the amount of desiccant is increased. The liquid storage dryer should be installed upright and the inclination should not be greater than 15 °. Otherwise, the liquid and gaseous refrigerants will not be completely separated. During the installation and maintenance of the air conditioning system, the dryer must be installed in the system to prevent air from entering the dryer.

1.5 Expansion valve The main function of the expansion valve is to reduce the high-temperature, high-pressure liquid refrigerant and reduce it into a low-pressure, low-temperature mist and send it to the evaporator. And control the amount of liquid supplied to the evaporator to prevent excessive liquid from causing blockage.

The Santana 2000 series sedan adopts an H-type expansion valve, which is mainly composed of a valve body, a temperature sensing element, an adjusting rod, a spring, a ball valve and the like. Compared with the F-type expansion valve used in the Santana LX type, since its temperature sensing element is directly installed in the valve body, the adjustment sensitivity and the cooling efficiency are higher.
