CNC lathe hydraulic power system speed change

The hydraulic power station part of the CNC lathe can be placed behind the machine as a module. When a large number of tailstocks are required for machining, a hydraulic tailstock tip system can be added to make it another operable module that shares the same hydraulic power system.

During processing, when the program is running until the speed change is required, the NC system sends a stop signal first, and then the program sends a control signal to start the hydraulic pump to feed oil. At the same time, the solenoid valve of the hydraulic system is sucked according to the control signal and supplied to the shifting cylinder. Oil, so that the piston rod out or retreat, push the fork to make the gear change, when the gear is moved into place, the cam touches the micro switch, feedback signal to the CNC system, the end of the shift, the program continues to run down to perform machining parts.

The main shaft speed change module is installed on the main shaft box, which is composed of a bracket, an oil cylinder, an oil tube, and a micro switch. The length and width of the bracket is the same as the size of the top of the spindle box. The entire spindle speed change module is mounted on the four screw holes used on the spindle box to install the cover plate, and the positioning pin holes are used to position the module. The middle of the bracket is supported by a partition plate, the speed change oil cylinder is fixed on the partition plate, and is located directly above the gear shaft to be controlled to slide, and is coaxial with the guide shaft; the cylinder piston rod is located in the guide shaft and is connected with the shift fork through the pin shaft; The shift fork is sleeved on the guide shaft and can be moved back and forth along the guide shaft driven by the piston rod; the guide shaft is hollow and has a guide groove for connecting the piston rod with the shift fork, and the guide shaft is fixed on the bracket by the pin shaft. Both gear shift forks are downward vertical structures, respectively stuck in the shift grooves of the corresponding slip gears.

When oil is supplied from a variable speed cylinder, the piston rod drives the sliding fork to move the sliding gear through the pin shaft, so that the gear is engaged in gear shifting. After the gear is in position, the micro switch on the cover plate is touched by the projection on the fork to send out the gear in place. The signal is the end of the shift.
