Analysis of equipment systems and wiring principles

It adopts high positive pressure single pipeline and branch ash conveying mode, with flexible optional ash conveying and silo pump off-line mode, and each branch ash ash pump pumping material cap valve control, which can carry out whole row and single warehouse pump Ashes work. The reasonable selection of continuous and intermittent control mode of the whole system not only ensures the reliable ash conveying from the start of the unit to the continuous operation of full load, but also enables the control system to have selective work and pause, ensuring the reasonable output of the fly ash system. And to avoid the system to do a lot of useless work under low load, improve the system work efficiency and extend the life of the system equipment.

At the initial stage of the fly ash system commissioning, the equipment system and wiring principle were reviewed. The design wiring was found to be inconsistent with the actual equipment. After communicating with the foreign experts, the wiring was modified. After the system and principle are familiar, the whole system equipment and circuit inspection work and the charging and software recovery of the fly ash system and the initial adjustment of the system are carried out. During the system control function check process, it was found that the control functions of some systems did not match the function descriptions provided by the manufacturer. After analyzing and researching the corresponding equipment description and system working conditions, the fly ash system control software was modified.

Rail Buffer

A buffer is a part of the buffers-and-chain coupling system used on the railway systems of many countries, among them most of those in Europe, for attaching railway vehicles to one another.
Fitted at the ends of the vehicle frames, one at each corner, the buffers are projecting, shock-absorbing pads which, when vehicles are coupled, are brought into contact with those on the next vehicle.
