Still and Box Alarm fire in Chicago, 1-4-17

This report comes from Steve Redick:

A fire was reported at a small house in the 4300 block of Henderson, which had been described as being in hoarder conditions. The location was on a dead-end street leading up to a railroad embankment, making access a bit tricky. The first engine arrived on scene, and both engines backed into the block to establish a position. Eventually, both units used the same hydrant for water supply. Engine 91 connected to Engine 7’s gate valve, ensuring a steady flow of water to the fire. A massive tree blocked the use of any aerial ladder or tower, forcing firefighters to rely solely on ground ladders for roof access. Despite the challenges, the crew worked efficiently and brought the fire under control quickly.
