Electronic Stability Program

Electronic Stability Program

The electronic stability program is the abbreviation ESP of the English Electronic Stability Program. It analyzes the driving state information transmitted from each sensor, and then sends correction instructions to ABS and ASR to help the vehicle maintain dynamic balance. ESP allows the vehicle to maintain optimum stability under all conditions.

ESP active security package works

ESP generally needs to install steering sensors, wheel speed sensors, side slip sensors, and lateral acceleration sensors. ESP can monitor the driving state of the vehicle, and automatically apply braking force to one or more wheels when the vehicle is understeering or oversteering to prevent the vehicle from slipping out of control to ensure the safety of the vehicle and its members. Currently, there are three types of ESP: a four-channel or four-wheel system that can independently apply braking force to four wheels; a two-channel system that can independently apply braking force to two front wheels; and can independently apply braking force to two front wheels. A three-channel system that applies braking force to the rear wheels at the same time.

Technical advantages

Volkswagen's ESP active safety system includes comprehensive active safety configurations such as ABS, EBD, EDL, ASR, MSR, and CBC, providing passengers with a full range of active safety protection. The Automatic Brake Assist System (BA) is equipped with a highly sensitive sensor that can identify emergency braking actions and automatically provide maximum braking force immediately.

Electronic brake distribution (EBD), engine brake control (EBC), brake anti-lock braking system (ABS) and electronic differential lock (EDL) prevent the vehicle from starting at any weather conditions, generating wheel locks when accelerating and braking Dead or wheel slip. The traction control system (TCS) can help the vehicle to run on wet and muddy roads. Once there is a tendency of the vehicle to lose control, such as understeer, oversteer, etc., the electronic stability program (ESP) will naturally activate.

Polypropylene Wax

1. Polypropylene(PP) wax is a chemical substance produced by thermal cracking, cut by heating and crushed by hot air. It has high melting point (usually higher than Polyethylene Wax), good lubricity, good dispersibility, can improve the gloss of plastic products, and low melt viscosity.

Polypropylene wax is a chemical produced by cracking, cut off by heat and pulverized by hot air.

Widely used in high-tech fields, such as paper coating toner and film condensation, also including pigment dispersants, lubricants, various synthetic resin molding release agents, printing ink and coating modifiers and fabric treatment additives.
