4. Function characteristics:
Ø Measurement: Measure the straight-line distance,circle-diameter, concentric circles, the distance between a point and center of a circle.
Ø Automatic navigation: Imaging system automatic moving to the target area and testing it if user click the mouse to any part of the image of a product.
Ø CNC functions: User can set the test path ,the machine automatic sorting NG product. It is convenient to the small batch and repeat testing.
Ø X-ray tube voltage and current can be adjusted according to actual requirements.Effective using time of X-ray tube can be checked online .
Ø Software can control imaging system in X, Y, Z axis movement and speed.
Ø Safety protection design, the fuselage photoelectric interlock. The machine immediately stop emission X -ray and get into a protection model if any a door open by misoperation.
Ø Keyboard shortcuts can be rapidly control the movement of the imaging system speed (high /medium s/low/) and the direction of the transformation.
