Waste Motor Oil Recycling Machine/Used Oil Distillation Machine/Oil Regeneration

Series JZC Waste Oil Distillation (Oil Pyrolysis) equipment is one kind of machine which combined the atmospheric distillation systems and vacuum distillation systems, it is special for distilling and regenerating the black waste oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. Design a processing capacity of 6,000 tons of waste oil processing device, the raw material of light component too much, waste oil distillation unit uses two stages of vaporization, atmospheric tower design, vacuum tower.
 
JZC oil distillation machine effectively separate the waste oil to gasoline oil, diesel oil, and lubricating base oil under vacuum-Pyrolysis, JZC oil distillation machine works under 380C temperature of the vacuum condition, makes Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil, lubricating base oil etc. During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms to oil-gas in vacuum distillation tower under high temperature, then oil-gas transform to liquid oil again after through the oil cooling system and water cooling system, the production can be the gasoline oil, diesel oil and lubricating base oil, it much depends on the waste oil's components. Finally get a eligible oil with good color. During the distillation process, JZC effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid and get rid of carbon particles, deep oxides which disperse in oil.

JZC machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self. 

Advantages:

1. There are optional ways to heat the oil, like the boiler way by using fuel, natural gas or coal. Also, if machine is small capacity, we can use the electric heating way. 
2. By using the high vacuum distilling way, so the distilling temperature is low, energy saving and safety.
3. Using the special chemicals to catalyze the waste oil, which makes sure the final diesel oil, gasoline oil and base oil are good anti-oxidation with good color, there is no bad odor. The final oil can be storage for one year without color change and odor change.
4. Oil cooler system adopts the SS304, which has the good heating exchange function, long life time.
5. Environmental friendly, there is only 5-8% of the oil residual under the distilling kettle, which can be use as the boiler heavy fuel, so there is no pollution.
6. The final oil is high purity; gasoline/diesel oil and lube base oil be loaded in different oil tanks.
7. Machine design life is 10 years, long working life time.
8. Easy operation, only 1 or 2 workers can operate the machine.

Technical Parameters:

1.JZC machine don't add any chemicals and activator during the distillation process, JZC process is a Pyrolysis way.

2.JZC Regenerating way is under high temperature distillation (80°C to 580°C), making oil from liquid states to gaseity states. Different temperature will produce different density diesel fuel oil and base oil( light base oil and heavy base oil).

3.JZC machine is friendly environment, it produces less sludge, the sludge is purity carbon materials without any oil, and the sludge can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials.

4.JZC Heating device are optional, there are Electric Heater ( suitable for 2 Ton and 5 Ton treating capacity) and Boiler( fuel, nature gas or coal, and sutiable for 10 Ton, 20 Ton , or bigger one treating capacity)

Different Temperatures:

Step 1: Heat the oil to 80ºC-110ºC at 0.098Mpa vacuum to get water and some light fractions separated.

Step 2: The temperature keeps rising up to 120ºC-210ºC at 500Pa vacuum to get gasoline oil, diesel oil.
Step 3: The temperature keeps rising up to 220ºC-290ºC at 300Pa vacuum to get the SN100 base oil.
Step 4: The temperature keeps rising up to 300ºC-350ºC at 200Pa vacuum to get the SN150 base oil.
Step 5: For the base oil SN100 and SN150, usually the color is good, if you need get more light color, we can pump the oil to the decolorize tank by adding the 2-3% clay, mixed and heated to 120ºC, then filtering by the press filter machine to get more better color base oil.
