Features of PP/PE+pigment color masterbatch extruder machine
the first stage  is TSE twin screw extruder without Die. Through the combination of barrel and screw,the extruder can exert its strong ability the thermo sensibility material like PVC melting, compounding,dispersing and decentralizing under the condition of no black pressure.
The second stage is SJ single screw extruder.Because of the lower rotating speed, it can melt ,compound lengthways and form strands steadily, avoidingoverheating.

the screw is made of high tool steel 38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heat-treatment , which is possessed with high corrosion-resistat and high functions
