A: Firstly, if you have 2D/3D drawings or samples with your special requirements such as material, tolerance, durability and surface treatments requirement, please send to us. Also advise your order quantity. The drawing format is best to be STP, IGS, DXF, DWG, Cad Key PPT, STL, X_T, CATIA, UG files, etc. if you have real product sample, we can Measuring scan, or at least an ordinary sketch with the most critical dimensions of the product and send 3D data files for your confirming.

Secondly, our senior engineering team will start to study and make evaluation. During this time, our sales team will keep discussing with the customer to make sure every details are clear.
