The domestic Kia Kiawa commercial vehicle, initially scheduled for a June release, might be available earlier in May. According to reports, the full lineup of local Ka Wah models will be equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine and a 5-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include a DVD system, automatic air conditioning, parking sensors, a smart computer, and a cruise control system. Industry analysts believe that the launch of the local Ka Wah could challenge the high-end MPV market, particularly targeting competitors like the Buick GL8 and Guang Ben Odyssey. The expected price range is around 250,000 yuan.
Meanwhile, Volkswagen has announced that the Chinese version of the Phaeton sedan will officially enter the Chinese market in May, with a price range from 800,000 to 1.6 million yuan. The top-of-the-line Phaeton features a W12 engine—a 6-liter, 12-cylinder gasoline engine producing 309 kW (420 hp) and 550 N·m of torque. It also comes with a 5-speed automatic transmission and 4MOTION four-wheel drive. In addition, the Phaeton offers two other engine options: a 4.2L V8 producing 246 kW (335 hp) and a 3.2L V6 generating 177 kW (241 hp), both paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and 4MOTION four-wheel drive as standard.
In another development, FAW-Volkswagen has launched the Audi A4 1.8T manual and 2.4T automatic models in Changchun, with an official release planned for May. The 1.8T model delivers 163 hp (120 kW) with a top speed of 228 km/h and a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 8.6 seconds. The 2.4T automatic version produces 170 hp (125 kW), reaches a top speed of 222 km/h, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds. It also features Audi’s unique continuously variable/manual hybrid transmission and includes a Sport S mode.
Since its April 2003 launch, the Audi A4 has sold over 8,173 units in less than eight months, showing strong market appeal.
Dongfeng Honda’s CR-V is an urban SUV developed by Honda Motor Co., which has sold more than 1.7 million units globally. In China, the imported CR-V has sold over 10,000 units in the past two years. Equipped with a new 2.0L i-VTEC engine and a full-time four-wheel drive system, it is priced at 239,800 yuan. The CR-V’s configuration leans towards an off-road style, featuring a simple and rugged design—somewhat similar to the Outlander, another popular urban SUV.
Submersible Pump Type Fuel Dispenser
Submersible Pump Type Fuel Dispenser – Classification Overview
Â
The Submersible Pump Type Fuel Dispenser is designed to work in conjunction with submerged pumps installed inside underground storage tanks. This configuration ensures higher flow rates, greater reliability, and lower maintenance costs compared to suction-type systems. It is widely used in high-traffic retail fuel stations and commercial fueling environments. The series can be categorized by nozzle configuration, flow rate, display system, and application purpose.
Â
1. By Nozzle Configuration:
• Single Nozzle Dispenser:
Dispenses one grade of fuel through a single hose. Ideal for stations with basic fueling needs or limited space.
• Dual Nozzle Dispenser:
Can dispense two fuel grades or serve two vehicles at once, improving service efficiency.
• Four Nozzle Dispenser:
Offers multiple fuel options with high throughput capacity, perfect for busy stations with diverse customer demands.
Â
2. By Flow Rate:
• Standard Flow (50–60L/min):
Suitable for private cars, motorcycles, and light-duty vehicles.
• High Flow (≥70L/min):
Designed for commercial use, especially for vans, trucks, and fast-paced retail stations.
• Customized Flow Models:
Adjustable to meet specific project requirements, especially in mixed-use or industrial setups.
Â
3. By Display and Control System:
• Mechanical Display Models:
Durable and easy to operate; preferred in cost-sensitive markets.
• Electronic Display Models:
Offers digital readings, LED/LCD interfaces, and better user interaction.
• Integrated Smart Systems:
Compatible with POS, IC card, and networked fuel management platforms for advanced station control.
Â
4. By Application Purpose:
• Retail Fueling Stations:
Optimized for fast and reliable service with minimal downtime.
• High-Volume Commercial Use:
Efficient in logistics centers, highways, and urban fueling centers with dense traffic.
• Automated Fueling Systems:
Supports intelligent refueling with data tracking, real-time monitoring, and automated reporting.
Â
Submersible pump dispensers are known for their quiet operation, strong fuel delivery pressure, and extended service life. Their compact piping requirements and reduced vapor loss also contribute to safer and more efficient station design.
