Blasting operations must be performed by qualified blasters. Non-blasting personnel are prohibited from performing blasting operations. The blaster must be certified to work. When performing blasting operations, the blasting safety operation procedures must be observed, and a special person must be responsible for the command.

3. When carrying out the medium-deep hole blasting operation, there should be a design instruction for the blasting operation; the contents include the charge amount, charge structure, packing length, detonation method, safety measures and accident emergency plan.

4. When one of the following conditions occurs, the blasting operation is prohibited: the passage is unsafe or the passage is blocked, the blasting parameters or the construction quality do not meet the design requirements, and there is no warning on the boundary of the dangerous area (the mine blasting warning radius is designed to be 300m) .

5. It is forbidden to wear chemical fiber clothes for blasting equipment processing and blasting operations.

6. When charging, the following regulations must be observed: wooden gun sticks should be used; when loading explosive packs, it is strictly forbidden to throw or impact; once the primer is not in place, it is forbidden to pull out or hard pull the detonator in the explosive pack. It should be treated according to the relevant regulations for handling blind cannons; it is not allowed to mix detonating equipment with explosives before charging; it must be charged according to the calculated dosage. It is forbidden to exceed the specified charging height during medium-deep hole blasting; Blasting, it is forbidden to use flammable materials to fill the blastholes; to disable stones and easy fuel filling, stuffing should be careful to prevent damage to the detonation line.

8. Open flame lighting is not allowed during charging and filling.

9. When filling work, the following regulations must be observed: after filling, the quality of packing should be guaranteed, and no plugging blasting is prohibited; in medium-deep hole blasting, the general packing length should not be less than 1/3 of the hole depth; the use of stones is prohibited. Fill the blasthole with flammable materials; be careful not to damage the detonation line; do not tamper directly with the packing material of the bag or use the stuffing material to impact the detonating bag.

10. The detonating network should be connected in strict accordance with the regulations. It should be detonated by electric detonator or detonating tube detonator, and no detonator should be used to detonate. Initiation of the power network not to use bare wire conductors and an aluminum wire; Initiating Network All joints should be assigned to the connection method for electric wiring, and ensure its external insulation; Initiation Power should ensure that all blasting detonator registration; flowing The current of each electric detonator should meet: general detonation, alternating current is not less than 2.5A, direct current is not less than 2A; in humid and watery areas, the wire joint should be avoided to contact the ground or immersed in water.

11. Fixed blasting time. All personnel must withdraw from the danger zone before detonation. Explosion is permitted only if there is no person in the blasting danger zone.

12. Acoustic and visual signals must be emitted simultaneously before blasting to enable personnel in the danger zone to hear and see. After the blast, the warning signal can be released when it is checked for safety.

13. The blasthole of the charged blasthole must be blasted once and is not allowed to remain.

14. When there are more than two units in the blasting danger zone for blasting operations, they must communicate with each other, coordinate and unify the command; the secondary blasting of the same section should use one detonation or long-range detonation.

15. After the blaster enters the shooting position, he should first check for the phenomenon of collapse, dangerous stone and blind cannon. If these phenomena are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. If it cannot be handled, a hazard warning or sign should be established.

16. All kinds of blasting operations must use blasting equipment that meets national standards or ministerial standards. The same blasting operation must use the same manufacturer and the same batch of detonating equipment.

17. Coordinate the specific shooting time with the surrounding quarry, and clarify that the isolation ore body between the two mines can only be mined by one of them, and the separation distance between each mining area is not less than 30 meters.
