Answer : Assuring Quality is our dignity and quality control engineers specially be responsible for quality checking in each process such as Incoming Quality Control , In Process Quality Control , Outgoing Quality Control , Environment Control, Product Traceability System , Internal Audits & Calibration, Equipment Control & Maintenance , Control of Non-Conforming Materials and etc.

Answer: It is made in China, suitable for steel, plastics, aluminum or wood. 
 

7. Question : Can this cut or make screws ?
Answer: Yes. They give you a whole bag of different size gears. They also give you a chart to change the gears to achieve the thread you desire. It is a very tuff and stable tool. I love it. It is so smooth too. I checked the run-out of the chuck and it is within .002 to .003 max. Buy you a live center and a 1/2" drill chuck also.
