Material batching, mixing, extruding, molding, vacuum calibration, cooling, hauling, cutting, and final PVC ceiling production. 
Product Features:
1. This production line is suitable for processing PVC and WPC materials.
2. By changing the mold, the same line can produce PVC/WPC ceilings, wall panels, U-Clips, flooring, and more.
3. Depending on the product, this line can be configured with on-line hot printing or off-line lamination.
Production Process:
On-line hot stamping process
Raw material mixing → Screw feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum forming tank → Hot stamping machine → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Stacker (finished product)
Off-line transfer laminating process
Raw material mixing → Screw feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum forming table → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine → Transfer table → Lamination machine → Stacker (finished product)
