Working Principle
Pressure sensors or flow meters convert signals into electrical signals that are sent to the automatic control box. After processing, the signal is fed back to the inverter, which adjusts the motor speed by changing the frequency. This allows the pump to operate at the optimal flow rate to maintain a constant pressure at a specific point. The system can adjust the flow based on water demand, achieving energy savings and ensuring safe and reliable performance.
The device connects multiple pumps in parallel. When water usage is less than or equal to the flow of a single pump, the variable frequency pump starts. As usage increases beyond this level, additional pumps are activated while the variable frequency pump regulates the flow. When usage decreases, the power frequency pumps are gradually shut down until only the variable frequency pump remains active.
The unit also includes a pressure pump or pressure tank, which stores pressurized water when usage is low. This helps maintain system pressure, allowing the variable frequency pump to stop working, further improving energy efficiency.
The system consists of one to four main pumps, a constant pressure pump (or pressure tank), water mains, valves, automation instruments, and an automatic frequency conversion control box, making it compact, easy to install, and highly reliable after rigorous factory testing.
