A. Outer Construction
1. Utilizing UG analysis (finite element analysis), the design is optimized through computer assistance.
2. The entire machine is constructed using welded sheet metal, with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, ensuring high strength and good rigidity.
3. A mechanical stopper in the oil cylinder provides high feedback precision for the position of the sliding block, ensuring accurate and stable operation with excellent synchronization performance and high repeated positioning accuracy.
4. Advanced German technology is used to prevent internal reaction.
5. The entire frame is treated with sandpaper for rust removal and then coated with anti-rust material.

B. Features or Characteristics:
1. An assistant tooling set on the work table makes tooling adjustment easier.
2. A rolling material support simplifies operation.
3. An indicator is provided for blade clearance adjustment, allowing for quick and convenient adjustments.
4. The use of a four-sided edge shearing blade extends the blade’s service life.
5. An alignment device with lighting and control for shearing stroke is included, making adjustments easy and prompt.
6. The rear stopper is equipped with both electric and manual adjustment devices, along with a digital display for size and number of cuts.

C. Hydraulic System:
1. An advanced hydraulic integrated valve block is used, minimizing pipeline connections and offering excellent rigidity and stability in a compact structure.

D. Electric Control System:
1. Electrical components and materials meet international standards, ensuring safety and long-lasting performance.
2. The machine operates on AC 380V, 50Hz, with a control loop at AC 220V. 24V is used for backgauge control, 6V for indicator lights, and 24V for other components (subject to customer requirements).
3. The electrical box is located on the left side, with operating buttons on the machine’s control panel. Electrical switches and indicator lights are inside the electrical cabinet.

E. Front & Backgauge:
1. Front gauge: Mounted on the table with an indicator for adjusting the stopper.
2. Backgauge: Mounted on the tooling set, it swings with the upper tooling set and is driven by a 0.55 kW electric motor. The rear stopper includes electric and manual adjustment devices, as well as a digital display for size and cutting count.
