On March 1, Shandong Yuhua Tire Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for 3 million sets of all-steel radial tire projects.
Yuhua Tire is located in Weifang, Shandong Province. Its tire project has previously included three phases. The design capacity of the first and second semi-steel tires is 24 million sets, and the third phase has an annual output of 2 million sets of all steel tires.
The new foundation project is the five-phase project of Yuhua Tire, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covering 4 production workshops and 4 warehouses.
On March 6th, Guangrao County, Shandong Province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the 2017 key projects.
Among these projects, Shandong Huasheng Rubber Co., Ltd.'s 24 million/year high-performance semi-steel radial tire project is particularly eye-catching.
The project started construction in 2013 and some production lines have been put into production. The project started this time is a new phase of expansion project within its design capacity.
It is said that this year, the "tire capital" Guangrao County newly started tire project, only Huasheng Rubber.
On March 7, Huaqin Rubber Industry Group stated that in 2017, it will fully promote the construction of a number of large projects.
These projects include the construction of an annual output of 12 million sets of high-performance car tire projects and 2 million sets of truck tire expansion projects.
Huaqin Group is located in Zhangzhou City, Shandong Province, and its tire plates include Pirelli tires and KONE tires.
Recently, Shandong Yongfeng Tire Co., Ltd. completed the infrastructure of the second phase of the project, and 6 million sets of semi-steel tire production lines are installing equipment, and it is planned to trial production at the end of the year.
Yongfeng Tire is located in Lishui County, Shandong Province. The first phase of this project can produce 12 million sets of semi-steel radial tires and 2 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires, which have been completed and put into production.
The second phase plans to produce 12 million sets of semi-steel tires and 2 million sets of all-steel heavy-duty tires. After the entire project is completed, it can produce 24 million sets of semi-steel tires and 4 million sets of all-steel heavy-duty tires.
Tire World Network was informed that according to the plan of Shandong Province, by the end of 2017, the province plans to eliminate the total capacity of all-steel radial tires with 15 million tires and 12 million oblique tires.
By the end of 2020, the province plans to phase out the total capacity of all-steel radial tires with 30 million tires and 20 million bias tires.
In addition to Shandong's major projects, Shandong Yinbao in Anhui and Michelin in Shenyang, there are also new tire projects started or in planning.
On February 27th, Yinbao Tire Group's second phase project of Dehua Rubber held a groundbreaking ceremony in Dingyuan County, Anhui Province.
After the project is completed, it can produce 4 million sets of high-performance semi-steel radial tires per year.
The company has already started the first phase of the project, designing an annual output of 3 million sets of all-steel radial truck tires and 200,000 special tires.
Recently, the Michelin Group decided to invest 300 million euros to build a new plant with an annual output of 6 million high-performance radial tires in Shenyang, Liaoning.
It is reported that Michelin China and President of the Michelin China and his party recently went to Shenyang to inspect the construction of the new factory and negotiated with local government officials.
