2. Before opening the welding machine switch, it is necessary to check in detail whether the wiring is firm and reliable, whether there is insulation damage, short circuit, poor contact, etc., whether the welding tongs are intact.

3, all the welding equipment, including welding equipment, and other metals, should be equipped with a reliable grounding wire.

4. Clean up the debris within 5 meters of the surrounding area before welding, flammable and explosive materials.

5, the welding machine should be placed in a place that is easy to dissipate heat, its temperature must not exceed 70 °C.

6. When the welding equipment is energized, do not touch the conductive part.

7. When welding, the welder must wear an electric welding mask and apply a special glass mirror. When welding, it is not allowed to remove the welding cap at will to avoid eye injury.

8. Installation, rotation, inspection and repair of electric welding equipment must be carried out with the power supply cut off.

9. When working, the cables and wires should be laid to prevent the vehicle or other objects from being pressed on it.

10. Do not put insulated wires on the person at work or step on the feet.

11. After the welding is completed, clean up the site, sprinkle water to extinguish the debris with Mars, wait for 60 minutes, then withdraw the person, observe the surrounding Mars at any time, and take timely measures.

12. After the work of the electric welder, the power must be cut off, and the electrician in time removes the power supply of the welding machine from the wiring switch, so that the person can withdraw the electricity and the electric welder recovers the ground.

1. The ventilation team is equipped with a full-time tile inspector to detect the gas concentration within 20 meters before and after the construction site and near the switch. When the gas concentration in the air at the construction site reaches 0.5%, the operation must be stopped immediately, the power supply must be cut off, and the personnel should be evacuated.

2. Connect the water to the construction site with φ50mm hose, and keep the remaining pipe of 20 meters. Sprinkle water on the construction site every 30 minutes during construction, extinguish the debris with Mars in time, and cool the welded objects. .

3. The construction site is equipped with two intact fire extinguishers.

4. When the welding operation is 10 minutes, stop it for 2-3 minutes. Allow the air to flow to dilute the harmful gas before continuing the operation.

5. The welder must wear a portable gas alarm. When the gas concentration exceeds the limit, the operation must be stopped immediately, and the personnel should be evacuated. After the cause is detected, the operation can be continued.

(3) Other requirements

1. There must be a leader who directs the construction on site, and the division of labor is clear. It is strictly forbidden for idle personnel to stay at the construction site.

2. All construction personnel should pay attention to the environmental changes of the construction site at any time, and immediately notify others of the danger and take timely measures.

3. The inspector of the tile must be responsible and report all problems to the construction personnel in a timely manner.

4. After the on-site construction work is finished, clean the workplace and confirm that there is no problem before you can get off work.
