The PURUI SJ series single screw granulator is primarily designed for pelletizing crushed rigid materials, bottle flakes, and agglomerated films. This advanced system features a special screw design, an efficient degassing and filtration (hydraulic screen changer) system, ensuring stable output and long service life. The machine is highly automated, requiring only two workers to operate the entire production line — one to control the electrical panel and another to feed materials and replace the hydraulic screen changer.
