Sorry, due to the complicated Customs procedures and high cost for sending samples, we do not recommend the purchase of small quantity samples.
If you want to be cautious about the quality, we can provide the relative quality certificate issued by authorized third party testing labs.

2. Can I mix load different sizes in one container?
Yes, mix loading is acceptable.

3. How do I process the claim procedure when a quality failure occurs?
When a quality problem occurs, you just need to take a few clear pictures of the broken part, including the tire serial number. Our technicians will analyze the reason and give suggestions. After it is confirmed, we will compensate you in the next order based on the left tread life.

4. Can we let our China office handle the exportation?
Yes, it is possible if your China office can accept VAT invoice and apply for tax rebate.

These terms are suitable for small amount transition, because of high service charge. For big amount, we recommend terms of T/T and L/C to settle payment.
