Main Features
1.The line supply 300~5000kg/h capacity or customized
2.The washing line main equipment include Bale breaker machine,Trommel separator machine,Label remover machine,Sorting table,Crusher machine,Float washing tank,High friction washer machine,Centrifugal dewatering machine,Hot air dryer machine,Storage silo,Electric control panel.
3.Label remover machine is high efficiency,it can remover 98% PE Label.
4.Crusher machine use SKD-II/D-2 blade,durable in using for a long time.
5.Float washing tank have roller on the top,it will automatic to remover label ,caps etc.
6.High friction washing dewatering machine,it will friction washing dewatering bottle flakes before it into hot washing tank ,it will save water.
7.Hot washing tank use electric or steam(use gas or diesel ) heating water, Automatic feeding chemical reagent .
8.Centrifugal dewatering machine with 1500 RPM rotor to remover dirty water and after hot air dryer,finally bottle flakes moisture content will less than 1%.
9.Electric contral panel use ABB invert,Schneider contactor etc.
