New ambulance for Summit

Congratulations to Chief Wayne Hanson and the Summit Fire Department in Illinois on the arrival of their brand-new 2018 Wheeled Coach F550 Type 1 ambulance! This state-of-the-art vehicle is equipped with high-performance Whelen M series warning lights, interior LED lighting, a Stryker Power Load system, and Liquid Spring Suspension for a smoother ride. The interior has been carefully designed with both ergonomics and safety in mind, ensuring that the team can provide top-notch emergency care to the community. This marks the second Type 1 ambulance from Wheeled Coach that the department has received, and we’re thrilled to continue supporting their mission. A big thank you for your trust and partnership!
