The newly-developed two-stage dewatering screen adopts the screw material propulsion mode instead of the gravity dehydration or vibration dehydration method of the transmission, which effectively improves the dehydration efficiency. They also analyzed the resistance of the rubber drying process and established a heat transfer mathematical model for the drying process to determine the reverse spiral airflow internal circulation drying method, make full use of the heat of the air after heat exchange, reduce the amount of exhaust emissions, and reduce pollution. At the same time, they also established a dynamic flow control structure model of rubber post-processing production line based on Petri nets to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the production line.
