Introduction

The PPC gas tank pulse bag filter is designed to clean dust in each chamber separately through isolation. Each chamber undergoes a pulse and soot cleaning cycle controlled by a program controller, ensuring effective compressed air cleaning. This type of filter typically has 32, 64, 96, or 128 bags per room.

The PPC air tank pulse bag filter is designed to meet the needs of customers handling large volumes of high-concentration dust. It improves on the FPPC model with stronger soot cleaning capabilities and higher dust removal efficiency, expanding its application range. This filter is commonly used in industries such as crushing, drying, coal milling, raw meal grinding, cement milling, and packaging machines, as well as in metallurgy, machinery, chemical, and paper industries for dust collection and filtration.

Five Technology Comprehensive Upgrades:

1. More Uniform Gas Inlet and Outlet Distribution
Expanding the upper and lower volume of the filter body reduces resistance, making airflow smoother, gentler, and more even, thus increasing the lifespan of the filter bags.

2. Thorougher Soot Cleaning
Utilizing an advanced offline three-step soot cleaning method (filtration, dust, static), it prevents re-adhesion of dust particles.

3. More Flexible Design
The design allows for the addition of a settling chamber based on specific working conditions, extending the service life of the filter bags and enabling dust concentrations up to 1,000 g/NmÂ³.

4. More Convenient Control
Equipped with a PLC program controller or smart control instrument, it allows for both timing and manual operation. This ensures efficient ash removal.

Timing: Set a time program to automatically clean each room.
Manual Instructions: Use automatic control under normal conditions. If one room fails, manual control can be activated.

5. Lower Cost
Chamber blowing ash removal: One pulse valve can clean one room (with 32, 64, or 96 bags). Compared to traditional filters, this reduces the number of pulse valves by 6 to 20 times.

Working Principle

Under the action of the main fan, dust-laden gas enters the dust settling chamber through the inlet. The gas hits a flow board, directing it into the hopper while slowing down the airspeed. Coarser particles settle directly into the dust discharge system due to inertia and gravity, while finer particles adhere to the surface of the filter bags. Cleaned gas then passes through the filter bags into the housing and exits through the outlet.

The PPC filter is divided into several air tanks, with a cylinder on each side of the outlet piping for a lift valve. After one cycle, the ash removal controller sends a signal, closing the lift valve to isolate the chamber. The pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air over 0.4 MPa to enter the clean gas chamber and remove dust from the filter bags. Once complete, the lift valve opens again, and the process repeats for each chamber.
