Cleaned gas then passes through the filter bags into the housing and exits through the outlet. Â The PPC filter is divided into several air tanks, with a cylinder on each side of the outlet piping for a lift valve. After one cycle, the ash removal controller sends a signal, closing the lift valve to isolate the chamber. The pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air over 0.4 MPa to enter the clean gas chamber and remove dust from the filter bags. Once complete, the lift valve opens again, and the process repeats for each chamber. 1.
