Cleaned gas passes through the filter bags into the housing and exits via the outlet. Â The PPC filter body is divided into several air tanks, with a cylinder on each side of the outlet piping for the lift valve. After one cycle, the ash removal controller sends a signal to close the first lift valve, cutting off the gas flow. The pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air over 0.4 MPa to enter the net gas chamber, removing dust from the filter bags. Once complete, the lift valve reopens, and the chamber resumes operation, repeating the process sequentially. 1.
