Introduction

The PPC gas tank pulse bag filter is designed to provide efficient dust removal by isolating each chamber for individual cleaning. Each chamber undergoes a pulse and soot cleaning cycle controlled by a program, ensuring effective compressed air cleaning. This system typically includes 32, 64, 96, or 128 bags per room.

The PPC air tank pulse bag filter is designed to meet the needs of large-scale, high-concentration dust environments. Building upon the FPPC model, it enhances soot cleaning strength and improves dust removal efficiency. It expands the application range of bag filters and is widely used in industries such as mining, cement, metallurgy, chemical, and paper-making. It is suitable for dust collection systems like crushers, dryers, coal mills, and packaging machines.


Five Technology Comprehensive Upgrades:

1. More Uniform Gas Inlet and Outlet Distribution
Expanding the volume of the filter body reduces resistance, allowing smoother, gentler, and more even airflow. This increases the lifespan of the filter media.

2. Thorougher Soot Cleaning
Utilizing an advanced offline three-step cleaning method (filtration, dust, static), this prevents re-adsorption of dust.

3. More Flexible Design
It can be customized with settling chambers based on operational conditions, extending the service life of the filter bags and handling dust concentrations up to 1,000 g/Nm³.

4. More Convenient Control
Equipped with a PLC controller or smart instrument, it allows for timing or manual control of blowing and ash discharge. This ensures optimal dust removal performance.

Timing: Set a time program to automatically clean each chamber.
Manual: Use automatic control under normal operation. If a single chamber fails, manual switching is available.

5. Lower Cost
Chamber blowing: One pulse valve can clean one chamber (with 32, 64, or 96 bags). Compared to traditional filters, this reduces the number of pulse valves by 6–20 times.

Under the action of the main fan, the dusty gas enters the dust settling chamber through the inlet. The flow board directs the airflow into the hopper, slowing down the airspeed. Coarse particles fall directly into the dust discharger due to inertia and gravity, while fine dust adheres to the surface of the filter bags. Cleaned gas passes through the filter bags into the housing and exits via the outlet.

 

The PPC filter body is divided into several air tanks, with a cylinder on each side of the outlet piping for the lift valve. After one cycle, the ash removal controller sends a signal to close the first lift valve, cutting off the gas flow. The pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air over 0.4 MPa to enter the net gas chamber, removing dust from the filter bags. Once complete, the lift valve reopens, and the chamber resumes operation, repeating the process sequentially.
