**Overview**
The ISW series of single-stage, single-suction pipeline pumps are designed by combining domestic advanced waterpower models with the specification data of IS model centrifugal pumps. These pumps are also adapted to different temperature and media conditions based on the ISG model. The series is known for its high efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.
**Key Features**
1. The design is horizontal with equal inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline, making it easy to install as a valve in pipelines. It occupies minimal space and reduces installation costs. It can also be used outdoors if equipped with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is mounted on an extended motor shaft with a compact axial structure. This ensures balanced radial and impeller loads during operation, resulting in smooth running, reduced vibration, and quieter performance.
3. The axial seal uses mechanical seals or combinations with titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized heat-resistant mechanical seals, and wear-resistant materials to extend the service life of the seal.
4. Installation and maintenance are simplified, as no need to dismantle the entire pipeline system. The rotor can be easily removed by just unscrewing the pump nut.
5. Operation mode can be adjusted based on flow rate and head requirements.
6. Installation method can be chosen according to pipeline layout: upright or square.
**Applications**
The ISWB stainless steel and explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable liquids.
**Working Conditions**
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, max working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa (suction height ≤ 1.6 MPa), pump test static pressure is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system's working pressure clearly. If the maximum working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please note it.
2. Working temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The total volume of solids in the medium should be less than 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.
**Note**
If the medium contains small solid particles, please indicate this when ordering. Alternatively, the supplier may use a wear-resistant mechanical seal.
**Installation Guidelines**
1. Check if all fasteners are secure and ensure that the pipeline is properly sealed to prevent damage to the impeller and casing.
2. Avoid placing the weight of the pipe on the pump to prevent deformation.
3. Ensure that the mounting bolts are tightened to avoid shocks that could affect the pump’s specifications.
4. Install valves and pressure gauges near the pump to ensure safe and efficient operation within rated flow and head limits, thereby extending the pump’s lifespan.
5. Ensure the pump shaft is straight, and the impeller is not loose or unstable.
6. Properly connect rigid and flexible joints (refer to the connection diagram).
