**Overview**
The ISW series of single-stage, single-suction pipeline pumps are designed by combining domestic advanced waterpower models with the specifications of IS centrifugal pumps, while considering temperature and media differences based on the ISG model. These pumps offer high efficiency, low noise, and reliable operation.
**Key Features**
1. The horizontal structure ensures the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline, making it easy to install as a valve within the pipeline. It is compact, space-saving, and cost-effective. It can also be used outdoors with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is mounted on an extended motor shaft with a short axial dimension and impact-resistant design. This ensures balanced radial and impeller loads during operation, resulting in smooth running, minimal vibration, and quiet performance.
3. Axial sealing uses mechanical seals or combinations with titanium alloy sealing rings. Medium-sized heat-resistant mechanical seals and wear-resistant materials are used to extend the service life of the seal.
4. Installation and maintenance do not require dismantling the entire pipeline system. The rotor can be easily removed by just removing the pump nut.
5. Operation mode can be adjusted according to flow rate and head requirements.
6. Installation method (vertical or horizontal) is determined based on pipeline positioning.
**Applications**
The ISWB stainless steel and explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump is suitable for transporting flammable liquids.
**Operating Conditions**
1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, max working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa. Static test pressure of the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system's working pressure clearly. If the maximum working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please note it.
2. Operating temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume of solid particles in the medium should be less than 0.1% of the total volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.
**Note**
If the medium contains small solids, please indicate this when placing your order, or the supplier may use a wear-resistant mechanical seal.
**Installation Guidelines**
1. Check if all fasteners are secure and ensure that the intermediate channel is properly sealed to prevent damage to the impeller and casing.
2. Avoid placing the weight of the piping on the pump to prevent distortion.
3. Ensure that the holding-down bolts are tightened to avoid shocks that could affect the pump’s performance.
4. Install a pressure gauge near the pump and valves to ensure safe and efficient operation under rated flow and head conditions, thereby extending the pump’s lifespan.
5. Ensure the pump shaft is securely fixed, and the impeller has no obstructions or instability.
6. Install rigid or flexible connections (see the connection style).
