In this regard, during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, Jilin Province will introduce local suppliers through the introduction of extra-provincial suppliers, increase the production capacity of local supporting enterprises, increase the production and R&D capabilities of special materials for auto chemicals in the province, and increase the proportion of localization of parts and components.
