**A:** Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It is about 30 minutes from Baiyun Airport. If you wish to visit, here are some options:

**A:** Yes, OEM and ODM are available. We can create custom brands and designs without any additional charges. You can send us your design files in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or let us know your ideas, and our designers will help bring them to life.
**Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?**
**A:** For our own GL brand and packaging, there is no MOQ. For private branding and design, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.
**Q: Is it possible to get free samples? How?**
**A:** Yes, we offer up to 5 free samples. However, since these are hazardous goods, they must be sent via special couriers. New customers need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount when placed. Western Union is the preferred payment method due to its safety and speed.

**A:** It takes approximately 25–30 days to complete one 20ft container.

**A:** Payment terms include:
1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy.
