1. The magnetic plate level gauge body does not allow the proximity of the magnetic material, disable the fixed wire, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the magnetic plate level gauge;
2. If the user uses the heat tracing circuit by himself, non-magnetic materials such as copper tubes must be used. Heating temperature is determined according to the medium condition;
3. The installation of the magnetic flip plate liquid level gauge must be vertical. The ball valve should be installed between the magnetic flip plate liquid level gauge and the container guide pipe to facilitate maintenance and cleaning;
4. The medium should not contain solid impurities or magnetic substances, so as to avoid jamming of the float.
5. Use a calibrated magnet to set the ball below the zero position to red before use, and set other balls to white.
6. Open the bottom flange and install the magnetic float (Note: The heavy end is magnetically upward and cannot be inverted.);
7. The upper pilot valve should be opened during commissioning, and then the lower valve should be opened slowly to allow the medium to enter the main conduit steadily (the medium should be avoided from impacting the float rapidly during operation, causing fluctuations in the float series and affecting the accuracy of the display). Observe the magnetic red and white balls. Whether the flip is normal, and then close the lower lead valve, open the drain valve, so that the main catheter level drop, according to this method three times, is normal, you can put into operation (except for corrosive and other special liquids);
8. The main conduit should be cleaned from time to time according to the condition of the medium;
9. For level gauges over a certain length (normal type> 3 meters, anti-corrosion type> 2 meters), an intermediate reinforcement flange or ear climbing needs to be added for fixed support to increase the strength and overcome its own weight;
10. The installation position of the magnetic flip plate liquid level gauge should avoid or keep away from the material media entrance and exit, avoid the rapid change of the local fluid of the material fluid, and affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement;
11. When equipped with remote transmission matching instruments (UB or UK), the following items need to be done:
a) The far-distance supporting instrument shall be placed close to the main catheter of the level gauge and fixed with stainless steel hoop (disabled iron);
b) The sensing surface on the remote transmission instrument should face and close to the main conduit;
c) The zero position of the remote transmission instrument shall be on the same level as the zero indication of the liquid level gauge;
d) The connection between the remote transmission supporting instrument and the display instrument or IPC is best to be laid on the protection tube alone or with a shielded two-core cable;
e) After laying the cable entry hole of the terminal box, it is required to seal well so as to prevent infiltration of rainwater, moisture, etc., so that the remote transmission supporting instrument can not work normally. The connection terminal box shall be promptly covered after the inspection or debugging is completed.
