12PSDW Diesel Fuel Injection Pump Testing Machine

This test bench features a digital screen for control and real-time data measurement. The 12PSDW diesel fuel injection test stand is specifically designed to meet customer requirements. It uses high-quality frequency converters and offers excellent reliability, ultra-low noise, energy efficiency, high torque output, and robust automatic protection features. It is also easy to operate.

Available output power (KW): 5.5, 7.5, 11, 15, 18.5 or as per customer request.

Functions:
1. Measuring the delivery of each cylinder at different rotation speeds.
2. Checking the injection start position and delivery interval angle of each cylinder.
3. Adjusting the mechanical speed governor.
4. Inspecting and adjusting the distributor pump.
5. Evaluating the behavior of supercharging and compensation devices.
6. Measuring the return delivery of distributor pumps.
7. Checking the electromagnetic valve of distributor pumps (12V/24V).
8. Measuring the internal pressure of the distributor pump body.
9. Measuring the advance angle.
10. Checking the sealing of the fuel injection pump body.
11. Installing an auto-suction oil supply tube to check the oil supply pump (including VE pump).
12. Measuring rack travel (optional).
13. Machine oil lubrication system (optional).
14. Cast iron base (optional).
15. Forced cooling system (optional).
